How does it work?

We provide fault detection and suggested solutions within 72 hours after receipt. This way, you can quickly decide on repair or replacement.
Warranty-backed repairs
We offer a warranty on repaired modules, and we test each unit before delivery. A transparent, documented process. The warranty does not cover physical damage.
P2.6–P10 modules / multiple types
We also undertake repairs of indoor and outdoor modules in the P2.5–P10 range. We have solutions for multiple manufacturers and constructions.
ESD-safe working environment
We work with antistatic (ESD) protection to ensure that sensitive components are not damaged during repair. Fewer hidden faults, more stable operation.
PCB-friendly repair procedure
We perform soldering and replacement in a way that minimizes thermal stress on the panel. This increases lifespan and reduces the likelihood of future failures.

Pricing
Type of error
Different working hours and tools are required for LED/IC replacement, soldering faults, or PCB damage. This is the biggest price influencing factor.
Module type and pixel pitch
The construction and component availability can also vary within the P2.5–P10 range. Finer pitch generally requires greater precision. Disassembling and reassembling the insulation of outdoor modules is also time-consuming.
Component availability
If a special LED/IC or rare component is needed, it can affect the cost and deadline. We will always discuss alternatives with you.
Quantity / number of pieces
In the case of multiple modules, the process can be optimized, making the unit cost more favorable. This is especially true for service 'batch' repairs.
Urgency / deadline
We provide solutions for both normal and urgent commitments, if capacity allows. Accelerated repairs may incur additional costs.
Testing and documentation
Post-repair testing and quality control are part of reliability. This ensures that you receive a functioning module back, not a 'half-finished' repair.
Position-accurate re-soldering
Maintaining the regularity of the matrix, we precisely fit the damaged LEDs back into place, checking the position with a microscope if necessary. We cannot guarantee the exact color LED, but there is an option to use a donor.
PCB-friendly, controlled heating
We solder at the appropriate temperature, protecting the PCB and surrounding components. Before soldering the module, we remove the components that melt more easily, and in the case of IC replacement, sometimes the casing as well.
IC replacement in case of color error or column short circuit
Some color issues can be fixed by replacing the IC. If spare parts are in stock, we can complete the replacement quickly.
PCB damage repair
It is typical, especially for outdoor displays, that when LEDs are physically detached due to impacts, the wiring is also likely to be damaged. We also offer repair methods for this, even in cases of extreme damage.
Rebuilding damaged wiring
We repair both vertical and horizontal wiring damage by rebuilding the conductor traces. The process requires removing the LEDs first and soldering new ones back on after the repair.
Row and column fault repair
We undertake the repair of damages that cannot be solved by simple LED re-soldering through bridging and rebuilding signal paths.

- For the repair, we need a programmed controller. In the simplest case, it can be the original cabinet or, in the case of a board, a programmed receiver card.
